Sellers are responsible for the products, titles, descriptions, images, and brand references in their listings. Do not sell counterfeit goods, present unauthorised replicas as genuine, or make false claims of brand affiliation or authorisation.

Use brand names and product details accurately to identify what is being offered. Do not copy another seller's photographs, descriptions, or other original materials without permission or another valid basis for using them.

Before submitting photographs, artwork, videos, text, software, or other materials, make sure you own the relevant rights or have permission to use them for the intended purpose. Keep records of permissions, licences, sourcing, or authenticity where relevant.

Submitting content does not transfer your ownership to Lilabali. Permission for Lilabali to display and format listing content is addressed in the Seller Agreement. Do not use Lilabali branding or materials in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or a business relationship.

If you own the relevant rights or are authorised to act for the owner, report suspected infringement through the support channels available on the website or through your account. Clearly identify the work, brand, or other protected material involved.

Include your name and contact details, the rights owner's name, your relationship to the owner, the exact listing or page URLs, and a clear explanation of the concern. Provide supporting examples, permission records, or registration details where available and relevant.

Confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not include passwords, payment information, or unrelated personal documents. A specific report helps the marketplace identify the material and review the issue.

Lilabali may request clarification or supporting information from the reporting party or the seller. Content or listings may be restricted or removed while a concern is reviewed, and repeated or serious policy violations may lead to account restrictions.

A marketplace listing decision does not determine legal ownership or resolve every dispute between the parties. Reports should be specific and made honestly; do not misuse the reporting process to target competitors or remove content for unrelated reasons.

Review the concern and any instructions communicated through your account or support channel. If you believe the action was taken in error, provide the affected listing URL, the relevant reference, and evidence of authenticity, permission, or your entitlement to use the material.

Correct or remove unauthorised content promptly. Do not relist removed material or create another account to bypass a restriction while the issue is being reviewed.
