To support a safe and trustworthy marketplace, Lilabali does not allow the products described below. These marketplace restrictions apply to listings, product images, descriptions, and offers made through marketplace messages.

The examples are not exhaustive. Sellers must also follow requirements that apply to their business, products, and delivery destinations. A product being available elsewhere does not make it eligible for sale on Lilabali.

Do not list stolen property, products obtained through fraud, or goods whose sale, possession, or shipment is prohibited under the requirements applicable to the transaction.

Listings for forged identity documents, counterfeit currency, stolen financial information, unauthorised account access, or tools offered to facilitate fraud are prohibited.

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive components, and devices intended to injure people cannot be listed. Products marketed for violent misuse or for bypassing weapon safety controls are also prohibited.

Do not disguise restricted items as accessories, collectibles, or ordinary household products. Ask for a policy review before listing an item if its intended use or classification is unclear.

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug-use paraphernalia, tobacco and nicotine products, vaping products, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the marketplace.

Prescription medicines and products advertised as unapproved cures or treatments must not be listed. Do not use misleading health claims or conceal restricted ingredients in product descriptions.

Do not offer recalled products, expired consumables, contaminated goods, or items known to present a safety risk. Products with altered safety labels, missing essential warnings, or concealed defects are prohibited.

Toxic chemicals, hazardous waste, and dangerous materials that cannot be safely handled through marketplace delivery arrangements must not be listed. Sellers must retain relevant product safety information and respond to safety concerns.

Counterfeit branded goods, unauthorised replicas presented as genuine, pirated software or media, and products that infringe another party's intellectual property rights are prohibited.

Do not misuse logos, authenticity claims, or brand names to mislead customers. Sellers may be asked to provide evidence of authenticity or permission to sell branded products.

Products or content involving sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or abuse of children are prohibited. Human body parts, organs, and products offered to facilitate trafficking or exploitation are not allowed.

Do not list protected wildlife, endangered species, or products made from unlawfully sourced animal or plant materials. Listings must not conceal the origin or composition of animal-derived products.

Check the product, its ingredients or materials, sourcing, safety information, and shipping requirements before publishing a listing. If eligibility is unclear, seek clarification through your seller support channels before offering it for sale.

Lilabali may remove a listing or restrict an account while reviewing a prohibited-product concern. Provide accurate documents when requested and do not relist a removed item to bypass review.

Report a suspicious listing through the support channels available on the website or in your account. Include the listing URL, seller or product name, and a clear explanation of the concern.

If the issue relates to an item you received, keep the order reference and relevant photos ready. Follow the return guidance provided for the item, particularly where it may be unsafe to handle or ship.
